1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of WeGrowth App, a marketing, advertising, sales intelligence, and automation platform provided by WeGrowth ("WeGrowth," "WeGrowth App,",”WGAI”, "we," "us," or "our").
By creating an account, accessing WeGrowth App, connecting a third-party service, or using any part of the Services, you agree to these Terms.
If you use WeGrowth App on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you are authorized to enter into these Terms on behalf of that organization.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Services.
2. Description of Services
WeGrowth App provides tools and features that may include:
- Unified advertising analytics and performance reporting.
- Integrations with advertising platforms, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Advertising campaign creation, management, and optimization.
- Audience research, targeting management, and creative production.
- Marketing attribution and revenue analytics.
- CRM synchronization, lead management, and sales intelligence.
- AI-generated recommendations, reports, and content.
- Customer-configured automation workflows.
- Approved execution of actions on connected platforms.
- Administrative tools, collaboration, and reporting.
Certain features may be unavailable, under development, limited to specific plans, or dependent on third-party approvals and permissions.
We may modify, improve, or discontinue features in accordance with applicable agreements and law.
3. Eligibility and Business Accounts
WeGrowth App is intended for business and professional use.
You must have legal capacity to enter into these Terms and the authority to act for any organization or advertising account you connect.
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and ensuring that users in your workspace have appropriate authority.
4. Workspace Administrators and User Permissions
Organizations may authorize multiple users to access their workspace.
Workspace administrators are responsible for:
- Inviting and removing authorized users.
- Assigning appropriate roles and permissions.
- Reviewing connected third-party accounts.
- Configuring approval and automation permissions.
- Ensuring users act within their organizational authority.
Actions performed by authorized users or through properly authorized automation may be attributed to the relevant customer organization.
You must promptly remove access for users who are no longer authorized.
5. Third-Party Integrations
WeGrowth App may allow you to connect third-party services such as advertising platforms, CRM systems, and marketing tools.
By connecting an external service, you authorize WeGrowth App to access and process information and perform operations within the scope of permissions granted and configuration selected.
You represent that you have the necessary rights and authority to connect the external account.
Third-party platforms maintain their own terms, permissions, policies, API restrictions, and operational requirements.
WeGrowth App does not control third-party service availability or guarantee that every third-party capability will remain accessible.
Access to certain integration features may require approval by the relevant platform or additional authorization from the connected account owner.
6. Advertising Campaign Management
WeGrowth App may allow authorized users to create, edit, pause, activate, or otherwise manage advertising campaigns through supported integrations.
These actions may affect advertising spend, campaign delivery, audiences, creative assets, and business outcomes.
You acknowledge that advertising decisions involve financial and commercial risk.
You are responsible for:
- Establishing authorized advertising budgets.
- Ensuring sufficient permissions to manage connected accounts.
- Approving advertising strategies and configurations where required.
- Reviewing material campaign changes and financial commitments.
- Ensuring advertising content complies with applicable laws and platform policies.
- Monitoring the overall financial obligations associated with advertising accounts.
Advertising platform charges are generally billed by the relevant advertising provider, unless separately agreed otherwise.
WeGrowth App is not responsible for charges imposed by third-party advertising platforms solely because an authorized campaign is running.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
7. AI Recommendations and Automated Actions
WeGrowth App may use artificial intelligence, statistical analysis, business rules, and other automated technologies to produce insights and recommendations.
These may include suggested changes to budgets, targeting, creatives, campaign structures, lead qualification, CRM records, and sales workflows.
AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or inappropriate for a particular business situation.
Users should evaluate recommendations and their implications before approving significant actions.
7.1 Authorized Automation
WeGrowth App may support automation that performs actions within permissions and limits configured by the customer or its authorized administrators.
By enabling an automation, you authorize WeGrowth App to execute supported actions that satisfy the applicable approved rules and permissions.
Automated changes may include advertising budget adjustments, campaign status changes, creative publishing, or other supported operations.
Customers are responsible for reviewing automation policies, approval scopes, and spending limits.
WeGrowth App may suspend or decline an operation when it detects a security issue, insufficient authorization, unsupported provider capabilities, or other operational safeguards.
7.2 No Guaranteed Results
WeGrowth App does not guarantee any particular advertising return, number of leads, conversion rate, qualified pipeline, revenue, or commercial outcome.
Forecasts, estimated impacts, optimization suggestions, and AI-generated conclusions are informational estimates rather than guaranteed future performance.
8. Customer Data and Content
You retain ownership of data, creative content, business information, and other materials you lawfully provide to WeGrowth App.
You grant WeGrowth a limited right to host, process, transmit, reproduce, and otherwise use that information as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, operate authorized integrations, maintain security, and fulfill contractual obligations.
You represent that you have the rights, notices, permissions, and lawful bases necessary to provide and process Customer Data using WeGrowth App.
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of Customer Data and for your own marketing and sales activities.
We do not acquire ownership of your CRM contacts, advertising accounts, or customer records through your use of WeGrowth App.
9. AI-Generated Content and Intellectual Property
WeGrowth App may generate advertising copy, creative concepts, images, analysis, reports, and other output based on customer instructions and source materials.
Subject to applicable law, third-party rights, and your agreement with WeGrowth, you may use generated output for your business purposes.
Generated output may resemble content created for other users and may not be unique.
You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing, including checking factual accuracy, intellectual property rights, regulated claims, trademark use, and advertising compliance.
WeGrowth retains rights in its software, platform design, models, workflows, trademarks, and proprietary technology.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use WeGrowth App for unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, or abusive activities.
- Access accounts or data without authorization.
- Upload information you do not have lawful rights to process.
- Circumvent third-party platform permissions or technical restrictions.
- Use automated actions to evade advertising-platform policies.
- Attempt unauthorized access to other customer workspaces.
- Distribute malware or interfere with platform operations.
- Reverse engineer protected parts of the Services except where permitted by law.
- Resell or sublicense the Services without authorization.
- Use WeGrowth App to unlawfully send unsolicited communications.
- Misrepresent AI-generated materials or advertising claims in violation of applicable law.
We may restrict access or suspend activities reasonably believed to violate these Terms or applicable law.
11. Data Protection and Privacy

Where WeGrowth processes Customer Data on behalf of a business customer, additional data-processing terms may apply.
Customers remain responsible for compliance with the privacy and direct-marketing requirements applicable to their own business activities.
12. Security and Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for appropriately managing access to your workspace.
You must promptly report suspected unauthorized access or security incidents involving your account.
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the nature of the Services, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or entirely secure operation.
13. Subscriptions, Fees, and Payments
Paid features may be subject to a subscription agreement, order form, pricing page, or separate service agreement.
Applicable fees, billing periods, renewal provisions, payment terms, and cancellation arrangements will be specified in those applicable terms.
Unless otherwise stated, third-party advertising spend, advertising-platform fees, external enrichment costs, or separately purchased services are not included in WeGrowth App subscription fees.
Where a separate signed agreement expressly conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls to the extent of that conflict.
14. Service Availability
We aim to provide reliable Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Integrations depend on external providers, network connectivity, account permissions, and API availability.
We may perform maintenance, introduce changes, or temporarily limit features when reasonably necessary for operational, security, or compliance purposes.
15. Suspension and Termination
You may discontinue using WeGrowth App in accordance with your subscription or service agreement.
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of:
- A material violation of these Terms.
- Unauthorized or harmful activity.
- Security threats.
- Legal or regulatory requirements.
- Nonpayment, where permitted under the applicable agreement.
- Loss of required third-party authorization.
Following termination, access to the Services and connected integrations may cease.
Customer Data will be handled according to the Privacy Policy, relevant agreements, retention requirements, and applicable law.
16. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by applicable law, WeGrowth App is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis.
We do not warrant that the Services will always be error-free, uninterrupted, compatible with every third-party platform, or capable of achieving any particular commercial outcome.
Advertising and sales decisions remain subject to business judgment, platform behavior, market conditions, and other factors beyond our control.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither party shall be liable to the other for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or business opportunities arising from use of the Services, except to the extent such liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
Any aggregate liability limitation will be governed by the applicable signed service agreement, or, if no such agreement exists, by the liability cap stated in the applicable order or subscription terms.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or other liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
18. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend and indemnify WeGrowth against third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or materials you provide without the necessary rights or authorizations.
Any such obligation is subject to applicable law and any controlling written agreement between the parties.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in functionality, legal requirements, or operational practices.
Updated Terms will be published with a new revision date.
Where required by applicable law or agreement, material changes will be communicated to affected customers.
20. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
Unless a controlling written agreement specifies otherwise, disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of Ajman, United Arab Emirates, subject to mandatory applicable law.
